To Whom it may concern,
Kathleen and I started looking for land to build our retirement home on and we were fortunate to find Debra McMann. We had made contact with a handful of Realtors in the area since we were looking as far north to Bonners Ferry, South to Coeur D Alene and west past Spokane. No other Realtor responded like Debra, it was as though she took a personal interest in our situation while other Realtors treated us more like a number. Debra worked tirelessly looking at various possibilities based upon our preferences and what made it even more challenging was the fact that we live in Salt Lake City, Utah. For nearly two months, January and February, Debra did research in our behalf. Finally in March of 2011, we packed up our two Bearded Collies and headed to Northern Idaho to take a closer look at some of the properties that we had selected from those Debra had found. We had carefully laid out a plan of attack and as everybody knows carefully laid out plans don't always work out the way you want them to. The day we were to meet with Debra our car developed a problem and we had to take it into a local dealership to have them take a look. Sure enough it was going to need some work which would take up most of the day. We thought we were going to lose a great deal of time that we had set aside to look at property, however Debra more than willingly came down from Sandpoint, to where we were staying in Coeur D Alene and shuttled us around everywhere we needed to go.
Although we didn't purchase a piece of property in Idaho, I would highly recommend Debra to anyone who was thinking about buying something in that area. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
